But wait, it’s not the tea that I have been waiting for... The bag of my favorite tea is busted open and all tea spilled out all over the box… And worst yet, it tastes funny… What can you do:
U.S. Return Policy:
You can return any tea product not marked ‘Final Sale’ purchased on SterlingBerry.com at any time for any reason. Sale items, too.
Items marked Final Sale or included in Warehouse Sale promotions are considered final sales. No returns, exchanges, or price adjustments.
Within 30 days of your original purchase—we will gladly provide a full refund to the original form of payment.
After 30 days from your original purchase, we will not be able to offer any refunds.
All fees associated with product returns are the customer’s responsibility. Some leeway could be granted at the company’s discretion in special circumstances.
Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment.
At this time, we cannot accept returns for items purchased from a retailer other than SterlingBerry.com
Canada Return Policy:
At this time, due to systems and customs restrictions, we are unable to process returns or exchanges for Canadian orders.
