Serenity tea is the perfect blend of lemongrass and ginger that creates this spicy, invigorating blend, great for any time of day. It also makes really nice ice tea. You can taste all the different flavors, the spicy ginger, the sweet of the stevia, and a little lemony zest. Not flavored from oil, only dried herbs.

Ingredients: Ginger Root, Lemongrass, Peppermint, Stevia

Brewing: 2 tea spoons of tea for 8oz of hot water. Steep for 3-5 min. The ideal brewing temperature is 90-100ºC (194-215ºF), which is just below the boiling point.
