Zhourat Shamia is a popular herbal tea enjoyed mostly in Lebanon and Syria and made from a blend of aromatic herbs and rose petals. This tea is the perfect combination of rich herbs, fragrant smells and goodness. Zhourat blends are very popular throughout the Middle East.

Ingredients: Rose, chamomile, oregano, spearmint, fennel seeds, sage, melissa, thyme, hibiscus 

Brewing option 1: use 1 full teaspoon of tea (or 1 teabag) for 1 cup pf boiling water. Let it brew for 1-2 minutes.

Brewing option 2: Combine 2 tablespoons of tea with 2 cups of water and bring it to boil. Remove from heat and let it infuse for 5-10 min. (The longer you let it brew, the stronger the tea). Strain and enjoy.
