Lapsang Souchong, sometimes referred to as smoked tea, is a black tea that is originally from the mountains of Wuyi region in the province of Fujian in China. It is distinct from other types of tea, as the leaves are traditionally smoke-dried over pinewood fires, imparting a distinctive flavor of smoky pine.

Ingredients: Lapsang Souchong Black Tea

Brewing: 1-2 tea spoons of tea for 8oz of hot water. The ideal brewing temperature is 90-100ºC (194-215ºF), which is just below the boiling point.
