Our most luxurious jasmine tea. Each Dragon Pearl is hand-rolled from two tender young leaves and an unopened bud, then scented over several nights with fresh jasmine blossoms. In the cup, the pearls slowly unfurl into whole leaves, releasing a sweet, floral, honey-smooth brew that's delicate and never bitter.
One spoonful brews three or more cups, so each pearl gives you a lot more than its price suggests.
Ingredients: Green tea, jasmine flowers (Fujian, China)
Brew: Use 6–8 pearls (about 1 teaspoon) per 8 oz of water at 175–185°F (well below boiling). Steep 2–3 minutes and watch the pearls unfurl. Re-steep 3 or more times, adding about 30 seconds each time.
Caffeine: Low to moderate (green tea)
