Jasmine Spring Green Tea

from $1.50

If you love jasmine green tea, this one is worth discovering. Our silver-tip Jasmine Spring Chun Hao comes from China’s Fujian province and brews a soft, full-bodied, naturally sweet cup that’s gently floral with a silky texture.

In the cup: A clear, yellow-green brew with a delicate floral aroma and a lingering jasmine sweetness that softens green tea’s natural briskness. It’s wonderful alongside spicy food.

Ingredients: Green tea, jasmine flowers [confirm]

Caffeine: [low / medium]

How to Brew

Green tea turns bitter in boiling water, so keep it between 170–185°F (77–85°C). For this delicate tea, we recommend 170°F (77°C). No variable kettle? Let boiled water rest a few minutes, or add about 4 ice cubes per cup.

Western style (teapot or mug): 1½ tsp per cup. Steep 2–3 minutes.

Eastern style (gaiwan, 120–150 ml): 4 tsp. Steep 1 minute per infusion, 2–3 infusions.

Cold brew: 1 Tbsp per 8 oz cold water. Refrigerate 6–8 hours, then strain. [adjust to your method]

Try it blended with our Marigold Orange Tisane for a bright, citrusy twist.

Store in an airtight container away from light and moisture.
