Organic dried white mulberry leaves (Morus alba) in convenient tea bags, with a smooth, mellow character and a lightly sweet, grassy flavor reminiscent of a gentle green tea. Mulberry trees have been cultivated in China for more than 3,000 years, both to feed silkworms and to brew this soothing everyday cup.
Mulberry leaf is wonderfully easygoing: never bitter, even with a longer steep. Enjoy it on its own, add a slice of lemon or a sprig of mint, or pair it with ginger or cinnamon for a warmer cup.
Ingredients: Organic white mulberry leaves (Morus alba)
Hot brew: 1 tea bag per 8 oz of water at 212°F. Cover and steep 3–5 minutes. Enjoy plain or with honey.
Iced mulberry: Steep 2 tea bags in 12 oz of boiling water for 5 minutes. Cool, pour over ice, and add a squeeze of lemon.
Caffeine: None. Naturally caffeine-free.
