Bright Japanese organic sencha meets sweet freeze-dried strawberries and a splash of tart hibiscus. The cup is fresh, grassy and fruity, with a rosy color that makes it a standout iced tea.
Ingredients: Organic sencha green tea, freeze-dried strawberries, hibiscus flowers
Caffeine: Moderate (green tea)
To brew hot: Use 1 teaspoon of loose leaf or 1 tea bag per cup. Heat water to 175°F, just below boiling, and steep 2–3 minutes. Boiling water makes green tea bitter.
To brew iced: Use twice the tea, steep as above, then pour over a full glass of ice. You can also cold brew it: 2 teaspoons per 12 oz of cold water, refrigerated for 6–8 hours.
