Ingredients: Yunnan black tea, apple mint, St John’s wort, oregano, sage, tea rose, thyme, hawthorn, rose hips

Brewing: 1-2 tea spoons of tea for 8oz of hot water. The ideal brewing temperature is 90-100ºC (194-215ºF), which is just below the boiling point.
